Roswell

Roswell is across the river from us but well within the schedule, and it is one of our favorite areas to work. The homes near Canton Street and the mill district have real character: old wood floors, deep window sills, and trim that has been painted more than once.

Those houses reward hand-cleaning. We dust and wipe trim, sills, and door frames by hand rather than running a duster past them, and we use products chosen for aged finishes instead of whatever is strongest.

Newer Roswell neighborhoods like Martin's Landing and Crabapple are mostly on weekly or biweekly basic cleaning, with a deep clean once or twice a year to reset the kitchen and bathrooms.
