A Local Cleaner, Not a Cleaning Company
House Cleaning Mildred is Mildred Rodas: one person, based in Marietta, cleaning homes and apartments across Cobb County. Clean home. Peace of mind. That is the whole idea.
The same hands, the same standard, every visit
House Cleaning Mildred is an independent, locally owned cleaning service run out of Marietta, Georgia. There is no dispatcher and no rotating crew. Mildred sees the home, writes the quote, and does the work herself, which is why clients tend to stay for years rather than months.
The work covers five things: basic cleaning that keeps a house steady week to week, deep cleaning that resets everything a routine visit never reaches, kitchens on their own, apartments and condos, and the empty-home clean that move-in and move-out days require.
Every home gets a written checklist so the visit is consistent, and every quote is written down before any work is booked. If something is missed, we come back and redo that room the same week at no charge. It is a simple way to run a cleaning business, and it is the reason most new clients arrive as a referral from an old one.
