Powder Springs

Powder Springs homes tend to be bigger and sit on more land than the ones closer in, which changes what a cleaning day looks like. More square footage, more floor, and usually a mudroom or back entry that takes the brunt of the yard.

We quote by what the house actually needs rather than a flat rate per bedroom, so a large house that is well kept is not priced like one that needs a full reset. You see the number before we start either way.

Kitchen-only visits are popular out here before Thanksgiving and Christmas: range hood, oven, cabinet fronts, and floors, done a day or two before the family arrives.
